I recently (late 2017) used Ernest for the plumbing on my home renovation that included a new kitchen and 2 new bathrooms. Ernest did an excellent job and completed the job on time. He clearly communicated when he would be able to start the job, how long the job would take and how much it would cost, and he met those commitments fully. Once he started he was on-site everyday starting early in the AM and working a long day only leaving early evening. The prime reason I would highly recommend Ernest, besides his reliability, is his attention to detail. Ernest takes great pride in his work and will not take any short cuts and this guarantees a high quality service (which is a must for plumbing as bad plumbing will cost you a fortune down the line). His work is also very neat because of the attention to detail and he makes sure to clean the job site at the end of each day.

Ernest of SC Plumbing & Heating is amazing. After years of trouble with a tankless water heater, and frequently being caught in urgent situations with no hot water or heat (radiators) on cold winter days, I found Ernest and he made two trips, one to diagnose and one to fix the problem. On the first visit, he spent a lot of time with me and clearly and patiently explained the issue and all my options. I chose to wait and think on the fix. On the second visit, he fixed the problem. He could easily have sold me on a very viable and more costly option that would have financially benefited his business more. SC Plumbing is an honest operation that is extremely intelligent and on point, and just as importantly, very clear about communicating and then patiently discussing the fix that benefits the customer.
